Melissa Stone, DNP, AGPCNP-C is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who provides care for adults of all genders and sexual orientations — preventive care, chronic disease management, weight management, LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care, sexual health, PrEP/PEP and HIV management.
Melissa Stone, DNP, AGPCNP-C is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who provides care for adults of all genders and sexual orientations. Her clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, weight management, LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care, sexual and gynecologic health, contraception, PrEP/PEP and HIV management, basic mental health, and common acute/sick concerns.
She is passionate about evidence-based, patient-centered care and believes healthcare should be collaborative, judgment-free, and grounded in each patient’s individual goals, concerns, and whole-person well-being.
Melissa earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington. Beyond her experience as a Nurse Practitioner, she brings a broad clinical background as a registered nurse and in other nursing roles, giving her experience caring for patients across many levels of the healthcare system.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her two cats.
