We bill your insurance for ACA-mandated preventive care — your annual physical, screenings, and wellness visits. For everything else (sick visits, follow-ups, chronic care), your Lite membership covers it with zero copays. You save money every time you skip a $65+ copay.
Plus & Complete — $99–149/mo
Full membership, no insurance needed
These are standalone memberships designed for people without insurance or with HMO plans we don't accept. Everything is included in your monthly price — no claims, no copays, no surprise bills. If you do have insurance, we can still bill it for eligible preventive services to save you even more.
